Brian Doolittle Austin is a husband, father, and seasoned chef. His love for cooking began with his grandmother, who raised him and his cousins. With limited ingredients, she created meals that were nothing short of extraordinary. Her kitchen was a place where creativity met comfort, where every dish fed both the stomach and the soul. Those memories shaped Brian’s understanding of what food can mean to a family.

Inspired by her legacy, Brian went on to graduate from St. Philip’s Culinary School and has spent the last 20 years mastering his craft. After decades of experience, growth, and dedication, he decided it was time to bring his dream to life and open his own business — a place where heart, heritage, and flavor come together.
